What you'll do on a typical day:
- Visitor reception and management of the corporate phone line.
- Mail handling and internal distribution.
- Basic banking tasks: delivering documentation to financial institutions and posting bank transactions.
- Documentation support: retrieving documents for old debt resolution and assisting during internal and external audits.
- Report extraction and credit checks.
- Accounts payable support: invoice posting, data validation, and transport cost valuation.

What you'll need to be successful:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience using SAP (finance module or similar).
- User‑level Excel skills, including:
- Pivot tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- MID/LEFT/RIGHT, CONCAT, IF statements
- Basic formulas and advanced filtering
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, although not mandatory.
- Previous experience in finance or administrative roles is valued.
