We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who speaks Spanish and English fluently, and who has a strong interest in marketing within the technology sector. The ideal candidate will be curious, hands-on, and eager to contribute to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. You will support campaigns, events, and activations that not only capture attention but also deliver engaging experiences for consumers.
Key Deliveries
* Social Media & Influencers: Drive the planning and execution of the social media and influencer strategy, including audience engagement, monitoring of target audiences, and adapting strategies based on data insights.
* 360 Campaigns : Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, with special focus on social media activities.
* Events : Coordinate and support the end-to-end management of events, from definition and supplier coordination to on-site execution.
* Special Brand Activations : Contribute to the execution of special brand activations and initiatives that enhance visibility, engagement, and overall brand experience.
* Reporting & Optimization : Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, events, and activations against defined KPIs, preparing reports and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with the Sales, GTM, and HQ teams to ensure coherence and effectiveness across all marketing initiatives.
* Agencies Coordination: Work closely with external agencies and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Your Profile Includes
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in marketing roles within companies or agencies, preferably in the technology sector.
* Professional proficiency in English (C1 or higher), required for daily communication with HQ and international teams.
* Previous experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and event coordination.
* Experience working with KPIs and reporting tools to evaluate campaigns performance.
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Previous experience in technology companies or with tech clients is a plus.
