It is our task to provide exceptional financial management, enabled by the most efficient processes and the most robust financial systems.**-About the role-**:**As Credit and Collection Analyst** **you will** **be part of the Finance team and will manage public and private customers for the Spanish market.**Main responsibilities will include**:- Day to day customer contact, including chasing for customer payment as determined by work queue and keeping customer accounts within your portfolio accurate, clean and up to date- Assistance for cash allocation- Performance of month end closing activities- Performance of reconciliations related to the job (e.G. customer accounts, aged items)- Responding to possible queries and cooperating with customer care and business units to resolve them- Making sure daily duties are in line with SOX requirements- Keeping a good relationship with the customers**About you**:- Bachelor’s degree (desired in finance)- Experience in similar position- English level upper intermediate- Portuguese language is a plus- Advanced knowledge on excel and analytic tools- Experience with SAP is a plus.- A hands-on and solution oriented mentality that results in a pro-active approach, growth mindset, teamwork, quick learning.- Strong communication skills- Change agent, demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive improvement in processes**Why join us?**:A career at BD means being part of a team that values your opinions and contributions and that empowers you to bring your authentic self to work.
