This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role located in Valldoreix. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and effectively. This role is highly dynamic, covering all administrative aspects of the company, financial control and bookkeeping, and managing logistics for the group's camping grounds.Key Responsibilities
Office Operations:
Oversee day-to-day administration, manage workflows, and maintain high organizational efficiency.
Financial Control:
Handle bookkeeping, expense tracking, and basic financial administration.
Grounds Logistics:
Coordinate and streamline logistics, supplies, and communications for the group's camping grounds.
Facility Management:
Manage and maintain office equipment, troubleshoot basic tech/facility issues, and coordinate vendor maintenance.
Qualifications
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in both
Spanish
and
English
(written and spoken) to seamlessly manage local operations and international communications.
Administration Expertise:
Proven experience in office administration, administrative assistance, and managing workplace processes.
Communication & Service:
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset to effectively interact with team members, guests, and external partners.
Organizational Mastery:
Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Tech & Software Savvy:
High proficiency in office software (spreadsheets, word processors, email tools) and a solid grasp of digital task/communication systems. xpzdshu
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent practical experience.
