Your role
As Sales Intern, you'll join the Sales team, working closely with Leasing, On-site, and Marketing teams to drive successful launches of our new co-living buildings.
Your mission
Be a source of knowledge and solutions for our customers, deliver an outstanding sales experience, and maximize occupancy through strong sales and customer service. DON ́T WORRY, WE WILL GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH CONTINOUS TRAINING AND FEEDBACK!
You will learn to:
• Manage applications, screenings, and lease agreements.
• Conduct property tours and know how to highlight key features
• Negotiate lease terms in line with company policies
• Work together with marketing campaigns, events, and open houses
• Track leasing activity, occupancy, and market trends
• How to ensure high customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
What we're looking for
• Fluent Spanish & intermediary level English
• Comitment to 3 months of internship (30-35 hours per week), with an option for more should we all wish so.
• Proactiveness, independence, positive energy and a drive to learn new things and be the best at what you do.
• Be mobile! While you will probably be based in one building, you may be asked to move between a few, an opportunity to learn and experience more!
• Permission to work in Spain.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the Madrid market is a plus but not a must
