Due to continued growth, the company is looking for an Accounting & Administrative Assistant with English to join its team in Valencia.
Role Overview The Accounting & Administrative Assistant will support the finance and administration department in daily accounting tasks, invoice management, documentation, and administrative coordination.
This is a suitable role for someone with some experience in accounting or administration who is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to continue developing professionally within an international industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.
Register, review, and file supplier and customer invoices.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Support payment follow-up and invoice reconciliation.
Maintain accounting records and documentation updated.
Assist with bank reconciliations and expense control.
Support monthly closing activities under the supervision of the finance team.
Prepare basic reports and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial information.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams in Spanish and English when needed.
Support general office administration tasks related to the finance department.
Requirements Previous experience in accounting, finance administration, back office, or administrative support.
Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge.
Good level of English, both written and spoken.
Spanish fluency required.
Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, chemical, plastics, packaging, machinery, or technical environment will be valued.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience using ERP or accounting software will be a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible person.
Ability to work with numbers, documentation, and internal processes.
Willingness to learn and grow within the finance area.
Nice to Have Vocational training, degree, or studies related to Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
Experience with invoice processing, payments, collections, or administrative accounting.
Knowledge of another European language.
Previous experience in an international company.
