**ABOUT THE POSITION**
Are you a seasoned trade-marketer looking for a new challenge? Do you have a strong FMCG background and/or on-trade channel experience?
**Reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing and Business Analytics, your main responsibilities will be**:
- Lead & develop the OFF trade marketing team.
- Define and implement the trade-marketing strategies to win with customers in off-trade channels.
- Manage the OFF trade marketing budget.
- Deliver powerful insights and recommendations based on the analysis of market data and reports, including IWSR, IRI, customer sell-out, shopper insights, and competitor landscape understanding.
- Excellence in new product development and initiatives, bringing trade insights to brand managers and supporting the sales team in the presentation to customers and implementation.
- Develop the annual trade-marketing plan for the off-trade channel.
- Define together with the sales department the go-to-market strategies for our portfolio of brands, including portfolio priorities, pricing, promotions and sales fundamentals.
- Lead Category Management projects for still and sparkling wine categories.
- Support the off-trade POS team with Sales Fundamentals (out of stocks, share of shelf, share of display, ) tracking and analysis.
- Develop the e-commerce channel trade-marketing strategy together with the E-commerce responsible.
- Promotional analysis and ROI.
- Define and develop a complete catalogue of POS materials and special packs to support brands and sales
- Close cooperation with marketing, sales, finance and supply chain deportments.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or similar (MSc/MA/MBA is a plus)
- At least 4 years of trade marketing experience in FMCG Spanish market (trade marketing and KAM).

- High command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written
