We are looking for a strategic and technically driven Solution Architect to lead the architecture and technical evolution of key capabilities within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform.
The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical requirements for Reporting (Historic and real-time) for the assisted channels (Contact center and Branches), collaborating with the Functional product owner.
⚙ Design and evolve scalable architectures for Omnichannel servicing platforms, Customer interaction Management, Data and analytics capabilities, Event-driven integrations, Customer View and servicing platforms, Realtime and historical processing
Design architectures supporting Multi-country deployments, SaaS multi-tenant environments and Embedded platform capabilities
Supervise and support complex integrations between Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Data platforms, Security platforms, Customer interaction systems, Internal and external enterprise applications
Participate actively in Architecture reviews, Technical governance, Backlog prioritization, Technical risk Management, Release planning and Platform evolution strategy
Maintain technical architecture documentation updated in Confluence and related repositories.
Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or Technical Leadership roles related to Data management and Reporting
Deep understanding of Cloud-native architectures, API-based integrations, Event-driven architectures, Omnichannel platforms, Data and analytics ecosystems
Experience working with Cloud platforms and Integration ecosystems
English proficiency
