1. You will carry out the installation, configuration and validation of the solutions developed by GMV in client environments (remote or on-site).
2. Prepare and execute deployment, testing and system start-up plans.
3. Accompany the client in the start-up of the system and provide technical support during the initial phases.
4. Deliver technical training to users and system administrators.
5. Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Collaborate with development, quality and operations teams to ensure the integrity and stability of deployed systems.
7. Develop technical documentation, installation procedures and manuals.
8. Analyse data and reports to verify system performance and propose improvements.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
Experience in deploying software solutions in real environments, knowledge of SQL and database management, handling web services, IIS or other application servers, administration of Windows and Linux systems, ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with the client.
