In that case, this is the role for you if you are an engineer who: Promote, practice, supervise and ensure compliance with the safety, health, and environmental management system applicable to the Industrial Sales unit's activities, processes, and services.
Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the Health, Safety, and Environment system.
Implement, update and improve the integrated management system (quality & EHS) following company and international standards.
Comply with critical risk standards, standards for significant environmental aspects, operating standards, written safe work procedures, emergency response protocols, customer requirements, and applicable legal requirements regarding Health, Safety, and the environment.
Advise operational supervision in matters of Health, Safety, and the environment.
Ensured the order and cleanliness of the different work areas by supervising, inspecting, and evaluating high-risk tasks to implement safe work systems.
Comply with the obligations required by the client.
KPI compliance.
Monitor the safety training schedule.
Document and manage incidents and accidents (Prevention, investigation, and closure).
Monitoring and measurement of system performance.
(Auditoriums, action plans, etc.) **Requirements**: When people can be themselves, they can really shine, and we know that to exchange and contribute your experience in this role successfully, you need to have the following with you: - University Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in industrial segments.
- Proficiency in ISO ***** and ISO ***** (Lead Auditor Desirable).
- Knowledge of Environment and Safety Legislation.
- Internal auditor (certified and experienced).
- Specialization in Health, Safety, and Environment Management.
- Manage emergency response (first aid, fire systems, height, potential spill).
- Understanding work management of critical risks associated with vehicular traffic, height, confined spaces, blocking and tagging of hazardous energies, and handling dangerous materials.
- Knowledge of the legal framework: Official Mexican Standards, STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection, SENER, IMSS.
- Monitor order and cleanliness (5S).
- Driver's license.
- The aptitudes are relevant, but what characterizes you as a person is what gives added value.
We think that you are proactive, a leader, organized, and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and solid experience in the field.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an intermediate-advance level.
