What you can look forward to in this Role :
- Support Senior Scientists in innovation, product development and/or product maintenance for protective coatings and improve, or generate new products and processes
- Plan, design, conduct and report fundamental research
- Prepare experimental paints and test specimens
- Evaluate current and experimental coating systems according to agreed methods, standards and customer specifications
- Keep accurate, complete and produce quality reports of your activity
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest business impact of the projects
What does it take to become our new team member?
- University degree in technical studies (Engineering) or Chemistry would be valuable
- Good chemical background
- Good Project Management Skills
- Specific knowledge of the paints and coatings technologies would be valuable
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
- Computer skills
