(Junior) Brand Manager, Oncology

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of operational marketing plans and omnichannel campaigns to drive brand objectives.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and Medical Affairs to coordinate the cross-functional alignment and roll-out of brand initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end promotional and non-promotional material approval process.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and local regulatory codes, including the Farmaindustria Code, to ensure materials do not inadvertently act as digital product promotion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for creative, digital, and media agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support the tactical organisation, logistical planning, and material preparation for local standalone meetings, local events, and main congresses.
- Assist in managing operational relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) and medical societies during scientific activities and speaker programmes.
Skills & Knowledge
- Requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar marketing or brand management role.
- Specific product experience within the breast cancer therapeutic area.
- Previous experience of product launches in oncology is desired.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate scientific and medical information to both internal and a variety of external customers.
- Strong communication skills, open style & pro-active.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
