Experteer Overview In this role you will design, build, and operate HBX's corporate network with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security. You will collaborate with technology and security teams to align network strategy with corporate goals and to enable on‑premises and cloud connectivity. You will lead initiatives around Zero Trust network access and modern firewalling, while ensuring visibility, logging, and incident response readiness. This position offers a hands-on, cross‑functional environment to shape HBX’s global network and security posture.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Support day-to-day network operations and deliver high-quality results against service targets - Collaborate with Corporate Network Lead and platform teams to align roadmap and strategy - Drive strategic network initiatives for on-prem and cloud connectivity and firewalling - Apply standardized, automated processes for network provisioning and monitoring - Troubleshoot and resolve complex network service issues;
escalate when needed - Contribute to design, implementation and support of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions - Operate and improve Zscaler services (ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler Client Connector) with IdP and CASB integrations - Collaborate with Security Operations teams for monitoring, investigation and response related to network and access - Ensure logging, telemetry and visibility to SIEM/SOAR/EDR platforms - Stay updated on industry trends and evaluate new tools/approaches that align with goals - Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team - Assist in discussions on overall corporate IT architecture and directionResponsabilidades - Strong knowledge of networking technologies (cloud networking, load balancing, firewalling;
LAN/WAN, switching, routing) - Hands-on experience with Zero Trust security architectures and production deployments - Operational experience with Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler Client Connector) and integrations - Understanding of secure access models, identity-aware networking and least-privilege access - Ability to work with Security Operations teams on detection, alerting and incident response - Fluent in English and Spanish - Minimum 3 years as a Network Engineer in related roles - Experience in IT Operations or SOC/SecOps environments - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field - Certifications in IT operation framework/Agile are desirable - Knowledge of vendors: Cisco Meraki, FortiGate;
