This role is responsible for the end-to-end physical flow of spare parts, encompassing inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch. Operating under strict productivity and time-management frameworks compliant with European labor regulations, the Warehouse Keeper is expected to meet defined operational KPIs (e.processing up to 60 lines/hour for small parts, or 15 lines/hour for large parts) while ensuring 100% inventory accuracy and prioritizing emergency VIP "Machine Down" orders.
Unpack and verify incoming shipments from the Changsha HQ and local suppliers. Accurately check physical quantities against packing lists, scan items into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) using RF scanners, and swiftly perform put-away to designated bin locations.
# Outbound Picking & Packing: Consistently achieve the baseline productivity targets of 60 lines per hour for small parts or 15 lines per hour for heavy/large parts (covering the full process from picking to packing).
# Prioritize and immediately process emergency pick tickets triggered by the Parts Order Specialist to support Top Key Accounts and frontline PSSRs, ensuring parts are dispatched within the critical SLA windows.
# Inventory Accuracy & Control
# Cycle Counting: Perform daily or weekly cycle counts and participate in comprehensive annual physical inventory audits to maintain near-perfect stock accuracy.
# Discrepancy Reporting: Immediately identify and report any damaged goods, missing items, or bin location discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
# Safely operate warehouse material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, to move heavy earthmoving machinery components.

Minimum of 1-3 years of physical warehousing experience, preferably in a fast-paced parts distribution center (e.automotive, construction machinery, or 3PL logistics).
Valid Forklift Operator License (e.Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy components (within legal ergonomic limits), standing, and moving quickly for extended periods.
Fluent proficiency in the local language of the warehouse location.
Basic English understanding (e.ability to read English part descriptions or system prompts) is a plus, but not required.
