In this role you shape HBX Group’s long-term vision and strategic pillars, collaborating with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership. You combine rigorous analysis with executive storytelling to inform decisions at board and investor levels. You will build and maintain a robust strategic framework and market models to identify growth and risk across the travel ecosystem. This opportunity invites you to influence strategic direction in a fast-moving, international environment. You’ll work remotely in Spain with potential hybrid options from Mallorca, contributing to HBX Group’s aim to become the leading travel services provider.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support strategy definition and multi-year planning (e.g., 3YP) with the Head of Corporate Strategy
• Build strategic baselines from market trends, performance data, risks, and opportunities
• Co-define pillars and objectives to guide prioritization and initiative design
• Maintain a strategy planning framework ensuring cross-functional alignment with Finance and Commercial teams
• Develop and update market models (e.g., Accommodation, M&E) to size growth opportunities
• Lead primary research with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across Sales, Sourcing, Product, and Finance
• Produce competitive landscape analyses to inform actions
• Deliver regular market updates to senior management and Board
• Identify and assess new business and diversification opportunities, monitoring industry shifts
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy in complex, international settings
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong xpzdshu strategic leadership and problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen including market/competitive analysis, business cases, P&L modeling
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and presentation skills for senior audiences
• Highly collaborative, influential, able to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional relationships
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for executives
