For our team in Europe, we are currently looking for a Project Contract Manager (Europe).
Responsibilities
- Lead contractual negotiations with clients in coordination with Legal and Sales teams.
- Manage the internal contract review process, including interdepartmental coordination.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Ensure alignment between technical, commercial, and legal requirements.
- Support project execution by managing contractual aspects, including variations, claims, delays, and related matters.
- Ensure traceability and documentation of contractual changes.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, such as Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as contract management or project management with a contractual component.
- Experience in international projects.
- Knowledge of contracts in industrial or EPC environments.
- Ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into contractual solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Risk-oriented mindset and contractual control capability.
- Problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.
Languages
Fluent English is mandatory, ideally C1 level or above. xhfqzwm Other European languages would be a plus.
