Our partner is a golf & spa resort providing exceptional service for the customers in France. Its core mission: provide a relaxing and unforgettable experience for its guests. They are looking for Real estate agents to sell this amazing lifestyle to potential customers.
Tasks
In this role as Telesales Marketer for Flemish-speaking clients, your goal is to contact clients and sell the company’s products and services.Daily, you will be responsible for finding the right property for the client and closing the deal.
- Receive qualified leads from the marketing department
- Organise resort viewings for the client
- Occasionally travel to France to close deals face-to-face
- Ensure that all legal documents are correct
- Hand over clients to other internal departments
**Requirements**:
- Language skills: bilingual level in Flemish and an advanced level (C1+) in English. French is an addit value.
- 4-5 years of experience working in Telesales Marketing
- 4-5 years of experience working in Real Estate
- You have a valid driving licence.
- You have worked with a CRM system before.
- You are a dynamic communicator
- Experience in TeleSales/Lead Qualification and comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls. You will only call to qualified leads.
