What will your mission be?
Support Sales representatives and customers, ensuring smooth and accurate processes: order management, invoicing and follow-ups in SAP, acting as the key link between customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Order processing : create and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
Sales & customer support : provide information, resolve issues and support customers after the sale.
Internal coordination : liaise with teams such as Sales, Logistics, Installation, Public Tenders, Credit & Collection, etc.
Manage the customer journey : from the initial request to final delivery, following company procedures and policies.
Continuous improvement : suggest ideas to optimize processes and ways of working.
Administrative tasks : handle documentation and regular administrative duties in line with established procedures.
Conditions
Hybrid model : On-site Tuesday to Thursday / Remote Monday and Friday
Working hours : 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary : €29,000 gross/year
Contract type : Temporary contract via Gi Group (ETT) for Agilent
Expected start date : 01/07/2026
Estimated duration : 4 months

Key requirement : Dutch (native/professional) + English (professional).
