Market Manager - Environmental Solutions

Separation & Flow Technologies encompass process engineering components and machines, including separators, decanters, homogenizers, valves, and pumps. These technologies are at the heart of many production processes.


Responsibilities / Tasks

* Meet annual sales and order intake targets for Environmental applications.
* Negotiate sales orders ensuring acceptable gross margin contribution.
* Increase GEA Westfalia market share and hit rate towards Spain and Portugal environmental customers.
* Support the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing in defining sales and marketing strategies for Iberia.
* Cooperate with service sales team to adapt service strategy to demands coming from environmental customers.
* Manage and report the entire offer project process: customer contact, scope definition, commercial negotiations, and project execution support.
* Prospect and cooperate with external partners.
* Manage customer relationships and support product development and service sales.
* Collaborate with the Finance Department regarding customer payments.


Your Profile / Qualifications

* Degree in Environmental Studies or related field.
* Relevant experience in environmental market.
* Proven negotiation and contracting skills.
* Proficient English & Spanish (mandatory).
* CRM proficiency.
* Willing to travel across Spain and Portugal.
* Deep business understanding with a strong customer focus.
* Open-minded with strong problem-solving skills.
* Team player, excellent networker and negotiator.
* Outstanding communication and sales skills.
* Ability to engage with customers at different levels.
