This key role involves designing and implementing the Group’s international commercial excellence model, with the aim of maximizing the positioning, profitability, and strategic coherence of the catalog across different international markets.

* Professionalized pricing management, assortment, sales arguments, and commercial tools adapted to each market.
This position reports directly to the Head of Commercial Excellence.
Main responsibilities
International Commercial Excellence Model
* Define the international commercial excellence model, including pricing, margins, discounts, terms, and commercial policies.
* Define standards for international catalog presentation, segmented by distributor type and market.
* Design the commercial relationship model with international distributors, both external and within the Group.
Positioning with External Distributors
* Drive the quality of international metadata to support data-based decision-making, ensuring that distributors receive complete, updated, and market-adapted commercial information.
* Analyze catalogue performance for each distributor, including sales, stock, margins, and, where available, rotation and returns.
* Propose improvement plans, including assortment optimization, review of commercial terms, and reinforcement of marketing materials and sales arguments.
