In this role you will lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions for IBM clients, overseeing scope, budget, schedule, and contractual deliverables. You will coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and guide a project team to meet chartered goals, ensuring on‑time, within‑budget solutions that satisfy client needs. You’ll work closely with IBM and client teams, including vendors, to drive successful implementation. This opportunity lets you shape how our clients adopt Salesforce at scale and contribute to IBM’s mission of impact through technology.

• Develop and manage the Salesforce project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing across IBM, client teams and third-party vendors
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders to deliver a successful Salesforce solution with strong leadership and risk management
• Lead the project team to ensure delivery aligns with the project charter or contract
• Oversee the project budget and schedule to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
• Ensure Salesforce solution delivery meets client requirements and expectations as defined in the project charter or contract
Responsabilidades
• 5 years of Salesforce project management experience with on-time, within-budget delivery
• Experience developing and managing project plans, budgets, structures, schedules, and staffing for multiple stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience xpzdshu overseeing project budgets and schedules for on-time delivery
• Proven ability to ensure solution delivery per project charters or contracts, meeting client requirements and expectations
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan fluent preferred
• Strong leadership, risk management, and Salesforce solution knowledge
• Experience with Salesforce solutions including capabilities and limitations, and public sector expertise
