About The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Head of Product to lead and execute our Product strategies during a critical growth phase. As a fast-growing company with a strong presence in the US and European markets, we aim to scale our brand, attract new users, and retain and engage existing customers. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a deep understanding of B2C business.
As Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading, defining, executing, and analyzing the impact of a strategic Product roadmap. The role focuses on Product excellence, alignment with business goals, and cross-functional collaboration. The position oversees multiple specialized roles and teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Designers, and Product Analysts.
Your Role and Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market and Product Development: Monitor and analyze product and marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine Product strategies.
Define and plan a strategic Product Roadmap aligned with business goals, involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
Lead and monitor the development of the Product roadmap and analyze impact of the strategy within the product team.
Understand the Product 360 to anticipate upcoming market changes.
Product Execution and Monitoring Data: Implement robust reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on product performance and development effectiveness; ensure data-driven decision-making across teams.
Define and track KPIs such as LTV, conversion, retention, churn, CAC, funnels, and related metrics.
Provide regular updates on implementation results and strategic recommendations to increase positive impact.
Optimize operational product workflows to streamline productivity and collaboration.
Work with the product team and departments to promote initiatives that improve the product and support cross-functional goals.
Leadership and Collaboration: Set a strategic direction with ambitious goals; communicate complex concepts in business terms to stakeholders.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations with clear goals and constructive feedback.
Collaborate with HR on budgeting, hiring, training, and development to build a high-performing product team with multiple squads.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Product, with a focus on B2C subscription business models.
Proven track record of successful product implementation in the USA and/or European markets.
Strong organization and cross-squad coordination skills.
Skilled in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and team communication.
Ability to translate business strategy into actionable product work.
Curiosity about tech innovations — AI, APIs, automation — and their application to your product.
Data fluency: retention curves, LTV models, churn, CAC, ratios, funnels, etc.
Experience with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, VWO, JIRA, and product documentation.
Background in UX/UI principles and accessibility standards; experience mapping user journeys.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or technical MSc is a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a scale-up or fast-paced product development environment.
Experience working with offshore/remote teams in multicultural environments.
