**Meet your new team!**
You will be part of the P&C; team in the EMEA region, working from our Spanish production site in Chiva and servicing our Spanish colleagues. You will be working closely with the local operations, the EMEA and Global P&C; team, and our external payroll providers.
**About the position**
As the People & Culture Business Partner, you will be the first point of contact for our employees in Spain, supporting the local leaders with People & Culture matters and being fully in charge of end-to-end employment. We have a production site in Chiva and a sales office in Barcelona.
In more detail, you will:
- Answer employee inquiries and create a positive employee experience
- Provide high-quality on
- and off-boarding for all employees
- Administrate employee documentation, e.g. employment contracts, leave, and addendums
- Be part of handling and negotiating union agreements
- Maintain employee data
- Ensure compliance in all processes
- Be responsible for running payroll in collaboration with providers
- Be part of consistently improving processes and policies
**Who are you?**
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable P&C; Business Partner who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with a lot of challenging and interesting tasks. You are a great communicator, have extensive knowledge of the employment law area in Spain, and have been exposed to collective agreements and negotiations.
Furthermore, you have:
- Experience in an operational HR role in a Spanish or global company
- Solid understanding of the Spanish Employment Law
- Experience working with local unions
- Ability to run the Payroll process with a provider
- Skills to organize your work independently
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Any additional skills or interests that could enhance the Integral P&C; team are a plus
