We are looking for a
CMS Content Editor Analyst
to join our general pharmaceutical client’s digital communications team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality digital content across multiple corporate websites using
Drupal CMS, ensuring alignment with brand, SEO, and compliance standards.
You will collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams
across various regions and time zones, supporting the delivery of accurate, engaging, and compliant digital content.
TASKS Content Management
Create, edit, and publish web content using
Drupal CMS
across several corporate websites.
Ensure content complies with
brand guidelines, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and
legal/compliance
requirements.
Manage metadata, tags, and URL structures to improve content discoverability.
Monitor live content for accuracy, broken links, and expiry dates.
Collaborate with global business stakeholders to align on content needs and priorities.
Global Communication & Collaboration
Liaise with
cross-functional and cross-regional teams, adapting content to local market needs.
Partner with
marketing teams and external design agencies
to validate and implement content assets.
Documentation & Training
Develop and maintain clear documentation on Drupal workflows and publishing best practices.
Provide training and support to internal users to ensure consistency and efficiency in content management.
Web Development & Technical Support
Apply basic knowledge of
HTML/CSS
and web development principles.
Collaborate with IT and QA teams to troubleshoot technical content-related issues.
Manage the full
content lifecycle, including updates, maintenance, and enhancements.
Project Management Tools
Use
Jira
and
Confluence
for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
Support
MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory)
review processes through integration with
Veeva Vault
or similar systems.
SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in
Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years
of experience in
web content management, ideally with
Drupal CMS.
Proficiency in
Drupal content types, views, taxonomy, and workflows.
Solid understanding of
SEO principles
and digital publishing standards.
Basic knowledge of
HTML/CSS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work proactively and independently in a
fast-paced, global environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in
regulated industries
(e.g., pharma, healthcare).
Familiarity with
MLR review processes
and
Veeva Vault.
Experience with
Jira
and
Confluence.
Analytical mindset and experience with
content performance tools and reports.
SCHEDULE
08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
4 days by remote & 1 day on-site
