Technical Lead .
Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership, providing comprehensive technical knowledge of the platform and identifying optimal solutions to meet project requirements.
Detect and notify risks related to project / client profitability.
Ensure smooth project progress concerning scope, schedule, and costs, alerting and anticipating deviations.
Ensure the achievement of technical objectives and compliance with Omega's quality standards.
Supervise effort estimations during the testing phase.
Collaborate on project demos and ensure the delivery of technical documentation.
Participate in team development and training, providing technical mentorship.
Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership and training.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects as a developer.
Experience with agile methodologies.
High level of English proficiency.
