Position Overview
As a Customer Success Manager (Spanish Portfolio), you will manage and grow relationships with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring high retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion.
You will combine customer success and commercial acumen, acting as a strategic partner to clients while identifying opportunities to increase adoption and generate additional value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Spanish clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive renewals and retention, proactively identifying at-risk accounts.
- Deliver consultative support, helping clients maximize value from Simplifae solutions.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage commercial processes, including proposals and contract updates.
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems.
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product adoption and customer outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients.
Education & Experience
- Up to 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, or similar).
- Background in SaaS, B2B services, or digital platforms preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Commercial mindset with proven upselling/cross-selling ability.
- Analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).
- Portuguese is a plus.
