**Responsibilities**
- Define the fleet renovation plan attending the commercial requirements
- Analyze the use of the satellite capacity (in the fleet and satellites of other operators) to optimize the resources
- Participating in IRIS-2 project evaluating the constellation performances
- Analyze the possibility to contract non-GEO capacity in the LEO/MEO constellations
- Relations with other satellite operators looking for opportunities
- Follow-up of the development of software tools for satellite operation.
- Collaborate in new satellite definitions to attend client requirements
- Collaborate in all the process during a satellite program
- RFP, contract negotiation
- Assist in payload performance analysis during satellite manufacturing
- Satellite coverage performance analysis
- Analysis of joint operation scenarios with the rest of the satellites in the orbital position
**Minimum requirements**
- Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering,
- 5 years of experience in Satellite Communications
- Knowledge in geostationary and LEO communication system architectures and functional operations
- Experience with satellite ground station operations and network management
- Programming languages skills (Python, Matlab or similar).
- Knowledge of computer tools: MS office,
- High level of English
