What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Service Delivery Manager to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management.
Requirements:
* Dynamic and enthusiastic with the ability to communicate at all levels.
* Adaptable to challenging situations, having a pragmatic and strategic way of thinking to resolve business issues.
* Stakeholder Management including Exec level Stakeholders.
* Ability to inspire, lead, manage and motivate a team.
* Line managers to have a proven track record of performance management.
* Ability to drive continuous improvement.
* Proven track record of working within both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
* Ability to work independently, seek information, collate requirements and updates using the tools available (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint)
* Ability to work closely with multiple delivery partners
