We are building a platform that makes it easy to connect any data source to any destination. There is more data being generated in the world every day, but the big problem is that the number of tools are also increasing so data has to be updated in multiple systems and tools. We are solving this problem.

Windsor.ai has been founded in 2017 in Zürich, Switzerland. Now we have ca. 2500 paying customers, we are growing 80% per year and are profitable. Our customers include Puma, Audi, UBS, Asics and many more.

In the team we are around 15 persons working remotely, mostly from Europe. We are a very technical team and also sales and marketing everyone can write at least some SQL. Software engineers specialize in backend with python and frontend with react.

You :

Have helped a startup increase their growth and can prove it (please send evidence in application)

Can write SQL and know Snowflake and Big Query

Can create good content and technical how-to videos (and can prove it)

How we work

We usually plan our work in two weeks intervals but the plan is not super strict so there might be some priorities changed during the sprint.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement growth marketing strategies for data SaaS with a focus on Power BI connectors.

Collaborate with product, content, and sales to drive awareness, demand, and conversions.

Produce content and technical how-to videos to support go-to-market efforts.

Provide evidence of growth impact when applying.

Position Summary

Provide training and tools to distributors

Use data analytics to measure performance

Cross Functional Collaboration

Work with marketing, sales, supply chain, finance across Iberia, Italy and EU

Provide market insights for regional strategies

Required Skills and Experience

Education

Bachelor’s in Business or related field (MBA preferred)

Experience

10–12 years in sales, marketing, business development, distributor management

Proven growth and distributor network management in Spain/Portugal

FMCG/personal care experience desirable

Skills

Strong negotiation and relationship-building

Strategic thinker with execution ability

P&L management and data analysis

Fluency in Spanish and English

Attributes
