Their primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate the resolution of incidents that affect the RAN infrastructure, which includes base stations (e.g., eNodeB/gNodeB), controllers (e.g., BSC, RNC), and other radio-related components. /ppQualifications: /ppExperience in Incident Detection Monitoringbr/Experience with activities such as: monitor alarms, logs, and KPIs from RAN elements via NMS/OSS tools.br/Detects service-affecting and performance-degrading incidents proactively.br/Utilize automation and AI/ML tools (if available) to identify anomalies in real time.br/Experience with Incident Triage Classificationbr/Experience in Incident Coordination Communication related to coordination with field teams, RAN engineers, and core network teams to isolate and resolve the issue.br/Experience in Service Restoration Resolutionbr/Must have fluency in Spanish and Englishbr/Must have experience with Huawei or Ericsson equipment (minimum 3 years experience)br/Must have experience with Vodafone projects in Spain and Portugal /p
