About the Role
We are Spain's biggest Internet company with a focus on property search across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. In Madrid, you’ll be responsible for communicating new product launches and driving growth of our existing product portfolio.
Location & Working Environment
Based in Madrid with flexible remote work for distributed teams, while periodic in-office meetings are expected.
Qualifications
* Strong growth mindset and proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product communication roles.
* Excellent communication and storytelling abilities – capable of translating complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
* Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases.
* Skilled at managing cross-functional relationships with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product adoption.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize growth metrics (user acquisition, activation, retention, etc.).
* Experience with growth experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
* Proven ability to create product communication materials including launch campaigns, feature announcements, user guides, and promotional content.
* 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related product communication roles.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, while recognizing the value of occasional in-office collaboration.
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience with product-led growth strategies and user onboarding optimization.
* Background in real-estate platforms, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms.
* Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
* Content creation skills (copywriting, basic design, video) for product communications.
* Experience in ideation and development of new products, from concept validation to market launch.
* Proficiency in Italian, French, or Portuguese is a plus.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
* Create compelling product communication campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
* Collaborate with product teams to understand feature roadmaps and translate them into growth opportunities.
* Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities.
* Work closely with marketing teams to develop product-focused content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
* Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and communication strategies.
* Manage product communication across multiple channels (email, in-app, website, social media, etc.).
* Lead cross-functional growth initiatives and experiments to drive key product metrics.
* Track and report on growth KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with fellow Product and Marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging across our product suite.
