About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at Colibrix One, you’ll play a vital role in building strong, lasting relationships with merchants, collaborating across departments, and driving innovation through a deep understanding of client needs. This is a client-facing, strategic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
* Manage client onboarding, including gathering and conducting an initial review of documents
* Advise our customers regarding products and services
* Establish sustainable customer relations
* Maintain and update the client database
* Act as a single point of contact for the merchant and facilitate dialogue between them and the different departments in finance, compliance, and operations
* Anticipate client needs, identify challenges, and work with the internal team to develop action plans that drive innovation and best practices

* Previous experience in a client-oriented role in the B2B sector
* Strategic and analytical thinking
* Ability to prioritize own workload and work with minimum supervision
* Ability to challenge established norms and proactively seek improvements and better solutions
What you need to succeed in this role
* 1+ years’ experience preferably within a regulated entity in a similar role in banking or payments
* Higher education: Business management, Economics, or related field is an advantage
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly
* Fluency in English and Russian (proficiency in additional languages is an asset)
