Your role
Allocated to our Packaging Technologies organization we are looking for a highly motivated and
proactive team member in the position of
Customer Service Desk Team Lead Europe
This is a permanent and full-time position, leading a team of 8 multi-skilled professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing local and regional business support within Sales & Distribution (SD),
ensuring efficient Order-to-Cash processes and operational performance. This includes
managing approvals, monitoring order fulfillment, handling shortages, and supporting audits
and team training.
- At a regional level, you drive process improvements and harmonization, implement new tools
and workflows, and ensure strong cross-functional collaboration. You also support sales
teams in strategic initiatives and special projects.
- In your project management role, you coordinate regional and global initiatives, act as a key
contact for SAP SD/O2C implementations, and lead process design and improvements in
collaboration with IT.
- Additionally, you focus on team development and onboarding, training members on key
frameworks (AACC), and promoting efficiency, simplicity, and effective communication across
teams.
Profile:
- At least 5 years of business experience in an OTC function in a multinational company as a team leader
- Project experience is valuable
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
