We are looking for an Agile Technical Lead to contribute to a project with one of our global customers in wealth management.
Responsibilities & Qualifications Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of digital account opening flows within an Agile (Scrum) squad.
Strong knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, microservices, middleware) and system architecture.
Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
Solid understanding of digital channels (web/mobile), customer journeys, and UX/UI best practices.
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of digital solutions in collaboration with architecture teams.
Act as the technical reference for the squad, supporting decision-making and removing technical blockers.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (business, product, UX, QA) to deliver customer‐centric solutions.
Manage Agile Scrum ceremonies for the squad (Planning, Daily, Sprint Review, Demo).
