We are looking for a CRM/Power Platform Specialist to translate high‐level strategy into localized strategy and operational objectives for teams. The role requires working closely with client stakeholders to set vision, technical direction, and solution shaping of their Microsoft CRM technology stack.
Responsibilities Translate high‐level strategy into localized strategy and operational objectives for team(s).
Collaborate with client stakeholders to define vision, technical direction, and solution shaping for Microsoft CRM technology stack.
Provide consulting on complex projects, including leadership roles.
Work in a SaaS environment, leveraging Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus.
Partner with global teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects.
Qualifications Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and first‐party applications.
Proficiency with the Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate).
Strong understanding of large, complex CRM / Power Platform solutions and business benefits.
Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment and consulting with external clients.
