- Support the Education Task Force, Medical Officer, and E-learning Unit in the creation of educational material.**Responsibilities and Tasks**:
- Coordinate and follow-up with the Education Task Force regarding the **creation of educational material.**:
- Coordinate with the Educational Events Unit in order to ensure the **recording of educational content from events**.
- Assist the E-learning Unit in** producing educational content.**:
- Ensure that the **educational content is organized appropriately** in the different educational platforms.
- Organize non-event educational **activities** and **workshops**.
- Provide** administrative support** for educational projects.
**Requirements**:
- A **university degree**, preferably in **Education, Pedagogy or a related field**.
- Studies or experience in **project management**:
- ** 1-2 years’ experience in project management**, preferably working on e-learning projects
- ** Familiarity with e-learning platforms** and** content management systems **(LMS and CMS) and their functionalities
- ** Multimedia skills** (capabilities in website, video and photo editing)
- ** Knowledge in health, oncology, hematology**:
- Full **project management lifecycle**: from requirements definition to support
- ** Native English speaker** or equivalent, with **excellent writing skills**:
- Ability to communicate effectively with people in a multicultural / multilingual environment
- ** Results driven, detail oriented, and organized**:
- ** Self-motivated** and able to work effectively both **independently** and as part of a team
- Collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork; **ability to work with a remote team** in an international context
- ** Ability to work efficiently under pressure,** meet deadlines and take large quantity of information quickly
- ** Initiative and proactive**:
- **Willingness to travel **(10-15 days per year)
- Willingness to work a adaptable schedule.
**Desirable**
- Experience in HTML and CSS coding
- Experience of working in the healthcare sector or non-profit sector
- Basic knowledge in User Experience (UX) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Salary: 31.292 - 35.347 gross/year (depending on previous experience).
