Overview
As an I-Trade Transport Operations Planner you will be responsible for using global standard work processes and solutions to build cross-border shipments, ensuring service requirements are met at the lowest possible cost. You will be controlling and improving the KPIs in the areas of service, cost, cash, and sustainability while collaborating with other T-Ops Planners to optimize work processes and systems.
Responsibilities
* Use global standard work processes to build cross-border shipments and ensure service requirements are met at the lowest cost.
* Control and improve KPIs in the areas of service, cost, cash, and sustainability.
* Collaborate with other T-Ops Planners to optimize work processes and systems.
Qualifications
* Studies or training programs, as well as prior experience related to logistics, will be valued.
* High level of English; Proficient level of Spanish.
* High level of leadership, initiative, proactiveness, autonomy & flexibility.
* Fluent in Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook and MS Teams.
* Good communication skills (capture information, share information, short presentations, summarizing).
* Good inter-personal skills to work in groups face to face or remotely.
* Nice to have: Experience/knowledge in the digital field, in tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, API, etc., and in programming like SQL or Python (including being able to create database queries).
