We understand that PLG is the best generator of qualified leads for sales. Therefore, you will be the architect of our hybrid funnel: you will build a first-class self-service experience (for Maite Plus) that, in turn, will automatically identify and qualify the highest value leads (PQLs) for our sales team.
✅ Define and supervise the full-funnel strategy to ignite qualified traffic and scale B2B lead generation, identifying and scaling the most profitable channels (SEO, SEM, Content, etc.).
Prioritize and coordinate a backlog of 'growth' experiments, mobilizing internal resources, freelancers, or external tools to bring ideas to practice.
Master the data: Define, monitor, and report key metrics (activation rates, PQLs, conversion, ARPA), translating data into continuous improvements.
You don't need to execute everything yourself, but you are the person who knows how to get it done: finding the right freelancer, a no-code tool, or collaborating with other teams.
You have relevant experience in the AI, Legal Tech, or B2B SaaS market. Analysis is your superpower: At least you're not afraid of our stack (PostHog, Google Analytics, Zoho).
English required: Previous experience in the legal sector.
Mastery of CRMs or automation tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
Mastery of prospecting tools (Apollo.
