Main duties:
Be part of the smart systems and smart manufacturing team, you will perform the following duties:
* Conduct applied and theoretical research in one or more of the following areas: cybersecurity frameworks, secure data sharing, blockchain applications, and distributed ledger technologies.
* Contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of innovative solutions supporting secure and interoperable digital ecosystems.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, industry partners, and academic institutions on EU level.
* Prepare research papers, reports, and presentations for internal and external dissemination.
Education:
* PhD holder, current PhD candidate, or prospective PhD researcher in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or related fields.
Job specific skills:
* Demonstrate knowledge or experience in cybersecurity or blockchain.
* Interest in applied research, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration.
* Prior experience with EU-funded projects, (ex. Horizon Europe) is a strong advantage.
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Driving licence and own car.
