We are launching an exciting new customer service project in our contact center and are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Native Dutch Speakers to join our growing team.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and tickets
- Assist customers with delivery tracking, parcel issues, returns, and general inquiries
- Ensure a professional and empathetic customer experience at all times
- Handle customer requests efficiently while respecting KPIs and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex situations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Profile We Are Looking For
- Native level of Dutch (spoken and written)
- Good level of English for internal communication and training
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or contact center environments is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude with empathy and patience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Team player with a positive mindset
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 19:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 18:00
