Main Responsibilities:
- Co-Design and execute our Growth Strategy and Portfolio Optimization Plan to drive topline traction.
- Working jointly with our Tech team, set up our customer journey attribution model and growth dashboards. Monitor and extract insights for continuous improvement.
- Perform customer behavioral analysis to deliver actionable insights and drive growth.
- Monitor and optimize main KPIs: conversion, retention, funnel optimization and user experience, sales, traffic, average basket.
- Working jointly with our Marketing Manager, share insights on customer behavior to improve SEM/SEO performance.
- Analysis and implementation of pricing strategy and promotions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Math, Economics, Marketing or similar.
- 3+ years of experience working in Web/Digital Analytics field.
- Hands on experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with data visualization software (Power BI or similar)
- Experience with software analytics tools, particularly related to CRO.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems, specifically Shopify
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Spanish
- Background in E-commerce Marketing highly valued
