As part of HBX Legal's Litigation & Insurance team, you will manage disputes and claims across jurisdictions, coordinate external counsel, and partner with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and deliver efficient outcomes within a collaborative, team-based environment.

Draft and negotiate settlement agreements, legal notices, and dispute-related documentation.
Coordinate and oversee external counsel and advisors, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Provide clear, business-focused legal advice, risk assessments, and updates.
track KPIs and identify efficiencies using Excel, Power BI, and legal tech/AI tools.
Qualified lawyer (Spain) with litigation experience in private practice and/or multinational environments.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and interest in legal tech/AI preferred.
