Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Hotel Regional Projects Deputy Senior Director (Architect/Engineer) to oversee and manage a portfolio of hotel construction and renovation projects across a designated region. This role involves leading project teams, ensuring adherence to design standards, budget, and schedule, and acting as a key technical liaison within the Company.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the full lifecycle of hotel construction, renovation, and maintenance projects within the assigned region, from conceptualization to completion.
* Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, budget allocation, resource management, and timeline development.
* Supervise and mentor project managers, architects, engineers, and other project team members.
* Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, company standards, and brand guidelines.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
