DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
We are looking for an experienced Digital Communications Specialist to support a leading company in the industrial sector. The role focuses on ensuring clear, engaging, and consistent communication around digital customer experience (DCE) initiatives and tools across a general organization.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and execute communication strategies for DCE platforms, programs, and capabilities.
- Translate complex technical or program-related information into clear and accessible messaging for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to promote awareness of new digital functionalities.
- Maintain and continuously improve content across internal communication platforms, primarily SharePoint.
- Produce multimedia content such as newsletters, presentations, short videos, and visuals using tools like Microsoft Clipchamp and PowerPoint.
- Manage internal communication channels including Viva Engage and SharePoint to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
- Support global alignment on communication standards, ensuring all updates meet brand and tone guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, International Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital communication, internal communication, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to simplify complex information and deliver audience-tailored messages.
- Strong written and spoken English (native level).
- Proficiency with SharePoint CMS for content management and structure.
- Experience in basic video production (e.g., Microsoft Clipchamp or similar).
- Experience working in global or matrix organizations.
- Strong visual communication skills with an eye for layout, design, and typography.
- Familiarity with communication analytics and online engagement measurement tools.
