In this role you will support and coordinate ESG initiatives across the organization, tracking progress and consolidating data for reports. You will work with cross-functional teams to align ESG activities with the company’s sustainability strategy and reporting requirements. The role offers exposure to governance activities, dashboards, and management updates, contributing to the company’s net-zero ambitions. You will operate within a dynamic, international environment and engage with stakeholders to drive timely, accurate ESG outcomes.

• Support the coordination and follow-up of ESG initiatives, projects, and action plans
• Track project progress, milestones, deadlines, and risks across ESG activities
• Collect, consolidate, and organize sustainability and ESG-related data from different teams
• Support the preparation of ESG reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and records of ESG projects and governance activities
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items
• Assist in identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and delays, escalating issues when needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with ESG strategy and reporting requirements
Responsabilidades
• Proven track record in supporting project coordination or PMO activities with tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items
• Proven experience with xpzdshu data collection, reporting, or preparing presentations and dashboards
• Bachelor degree in a related field
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills with attention to data accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills with a collaborative mindset
• Knowledge of sustainability, ESG concepts, and corporate responsibility frameworks
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a strong advantage
