Experteer Overview
As Service Owner you will oversee the end-to-end service portfolio within Digital Operations, shaping the right mix and monitoring the impact of changes. You will coordinate with Ru0026amp;D, Product Management, Sales, and Datacenter u0026amp; Delivery to align service design, delivery, and transitions. The role requires strong stakeholder management and deep technical understanding of service areas to drive performance, cost efficiency, and strategic development. This is a chance to influence how services are defined, delivered, and improved at scale.

• Manage the service portfolio and assess the impact of changes on services
• Define and maintain the service strategy and roadmap
• End-to-end Service Lifecycle Management for the portfolio (design, implement, maintain)
• Define and manage SLAs; align with cross-functional teams
• Forecast capacity and collaborate with Datacenter u0026 Delivery for staffing
• Ensure supplier contracts meet business needs and monitor performance
• Measure service performance and drive improvements for cost/resource efficiency
• Standardize the solution portfolio; contribute to strategic development
Responsabilidades
• University degree or equivalent experience or education
• Minimum of 2 years in Service Lifecycle / Portfolio Management / Product Management (preferable as service or portfolio owner)
• Experience with IT, Cloud technologies and/or Security information systems
• Experience in IT, IoT, Telecommunications and/or Payment industry
• Experience in Ru0026D, IT and/or related engineering field
• Cross-cultural collaboration experience (preferable)
• ITIL v3 foundation certified (preferable)
