Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Repair Technician, located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The Technical Repair Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining washing machines and dryers. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, diagnosing issues, ordering and replacing parts, and ensuring optimal performance of all rental units. The technician will also conduct technical visits and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial and semi-industrial laundry machinery
* Competency in technical inspection, diagnostic processes, and replacement of spare parts
* Proficiency in managing technical visits and providing customer service
* Understanding of efficient water and electricity consumption practices
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Experience in a similar technical role is beneficial
* Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are a plus
