My client is a leading household name when it comes to the Consumer Electronic industry and are now looking for a sales Manager to cover their Spanish Market. They are currently going through a period of substantial growth and are looking to bring an extra member into their team.
As the Sales Manager - Spain you will be responsible for developing new business within the Consumer Electronics market. Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for Spain to ensure achievement of company sales goals.
~Manage and grow relationships with retail accounts as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities
~Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient sales structures and processes.
~Monitor and actively manage sales activities and performance across Spain.
~Ensure strong brand presence and improve brand awareness in the Spanish market.
~Provide regular market and account analysis to support strategic decisions.
You will already be a successful Sales Manager covering the Spanish Market for an electronic, robotic or D-I-Y business. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
~Proven track record of working with Spanish retail and/or DIY chains.
~Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
~High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently from a home office.
~Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
