What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of the commercial side of major construction projects, working closely with experienced teams and high-profile clients.
* Manage project budgets and drive strong commercial performance.
* Oversee contract administration and ensure everything is watertight.
* Produce clear, accurate financial and commercial reporting.
* Identify risks early and take action to protect project margins.
* Support procurement and subcontractor management.
* Build strong working relationships with clients and delivery teams.
What they're looking for
* 5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying within construction.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts.
* Experience across cost control, procurement, and reporting.
* Confident communicator who can work with clients and stakeholders.
* Able to operate in a fast-paced, project-led environment.
* Right to work in the EU.
