About this Position As a Manager Business Planner, you will develop and maintain accurate business and demand forecasts for Henkel Adhesive products used in the automotive sector. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance, the role ensures alignment between market demand, operational capacity, and financial objectives to support profitable growth.
What you´ll do
* Build and maintain reliable short- and mid-term business forecasts based on sales trends, customer data, and market insights.
* Coordinate the demand and business planning steps within the S&OP process.
* Analyze performance gaps (forecast vs. actuals) and recommend corrective actions.
* Provide key metrics and reports (Forecast Accuracy, sales forecast & development, OSMI report, Revenue).
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align business plans with supply and production capabilities.
* Contribute to process and tool improvements (SAP, Power BI, etc.).
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Chemistry.
* 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, ideally in automotive sector.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
* Proficiency with Excel and planning tools (SAP, etc.).
* Excellent communication skills;
fluent in English(German is a plus).
